Julia Rose, a Physician's Assistant at Memorial Hospital, wanted to help out a fellow P.A. with the Army. Her friend was collecting dental supplies for the village children in Konar province in Eastern Afghanistan. Our office, along with other offices in the area, donated toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other non-perishables to be sent over. As of August 24,2009, seven boxes of items had been sent. The need there is great and we were happy to help.
