Dr Hirschfeld and his highly competent staff have made going to the dentist a pleasure. Over several years I've had many procedures done, from root canals to crowns and veneers. I can tell you that my experience at Conway Oral Healthcare has been superlative. Although I initially shared the usual urbanite prejudices as to quality of rural health care, I noted over and over the breadth of knowledge, the depth of analysis, and the quality and quantity of shared information that Dr. Hirschfeld contributed to my dental needs.
Here in Washington, even the better doctors often have inarticulate office staff; and the very best usually refuse to process insurance claims. But Conway Oral Healthcare gets an A+ from me in both categories. Please let me take this valedictory occasion to thank everyone at COH for your unfailing courtesy and efficiency.

The staff at your office are always cheerful and pleasant to see. They always greet you with a smile and by name. I am very pleased with the work that I have had done. Dr. H is a master at color matching and makes the crowns or bridges look very natural. The front bridge that was done several years ago looks better than my "real" teeth ever did.

Eric Hirshfeld is a great dentist, as well as the lady that cleaned my teeth [Julie]. I think it's the best dentistry you can get in [Conway]. The price is reasonable, but these days, everyone knows that some people are bitting the bit just to be able to afford healthcare. Overall, Conway Oral Healthcare is excellent.

I felt I was treated very well by your staff. They were quick, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. When I called as a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised to get an initial examination and cleaning within a few weeks--I was expecting it to be several months. I haven't had "restorative work", but my examinations, Xrays, and cleanings were all very professional.

I love the fact that you file my Delta Dental claims for me (and I get a reimbursement check back from them very quickly). I had called a few other local dentists before booking an appointment with you and found that they didn't accept my insurance and I'd need to submit a claims form on my own. This saves me a lot of time.

I don't get nervous about dental work, but if I did, this would be the place to go. The staff and Dr. Hirschfeld are very kind and made me feel very much at ease. I had some trouble with my last Xrays (I hate having stuff in my mouth) and the dental hygienist was very patient with me, and we actually laughed about the whole thing.

Our family appreciates the staff! From the time our daughter was very small, we appreciated that a parent could be in the room for her first cleanings and exams. One of the most difficult part of dental work these days is the expense. I do like knowing that there are interest-free financing options available.

Dear Dr Hirschfeld and Staff,
I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what excellent job you and your staff do at your office. Over the past 8 months I have been in and out of your office and as of last week, my "treatment plan" is complete. What a great feeling to be out of tooth pain and back on track with my oral health!! Throughout this time, you and your staff were always friendly and professional. It was very relieving that from day one, I never felt any judgement or criticism for going 5 plus years without dental work or for being a smoker. The fact that you handled my insurance issues for me was a big help. I always will have some anxiety going to a dentist but at your office I feel you make it as calm and painless as can be. My biggest praise comes from the way you and your staff personally take the time to explain the whats and whys of what I need done, as well as answering all my questions to the fullest. I will always recommend your office to all and will be returning in the future for cleanings.
The left side of my mouth seems to be feeling better and less sore (particularly when flossing) from the alignment you did, however I'll be in touch if in the future it doesn't get back to 100%. Also, I'm still wondering if it's possible to get that lower wisdom tooth pulled at your office? Your receptionist mentioned she would find out if you are willing to do it and what my insurance will do for me. No rush, but if I can use my dental benefits some more for this year I would like to.
Far to often we hear of what we do wrong and not what we do right. However I Just wanted to thank and acknowledge you and your staff (from the receptionist to the hygienist) for helping me over the past few months. I look forward to working with you in the future as I know what a great operation and staff you have.

My treatment by the staff is excellent, they make me feel special. If I have a problem, they make sure I get an appointment right off. I’m very satisfied with the restorative work I’ve had done. Dr. Hirschfeld takes his time, I never feel rushed. Price wise he has been more than fair. Another plus he is able to do many procedures so that you don’t have to go elsewhere.

Hello, for a while I have been meaning to get this out but as usual busy of course. In early August I was up for vacation and broke a tooth our first day up. I called you on Monday morning and you took me in by like 10 that day. The staff, from the first call to you, and the understanding and care you showed while I was there truly meant the world to me. I understand that I needed crown work, and you knew I couldn't do that on vacation. You did fix them temporarily which are still awesome. I was and am still grateful for that. So as you sent me a refund for over payment I cashed it finally and with this money order please treat you and your staff to lunch on me. Thanks again for the fix. See you over the winter and next summer again.
