Patients Over 17
Your first visit with us will begin with a full series of xrays. Dr Hirschfeld will then do an oral examination which includes periodontal, oral cancer and TMJ screenings. He will then examine your teeth, gums and xrays to detail out a treatment plan for any work needed. You will receive a step by step plan when you leave, including all expected fees.
Patients Under 17
On your child's first visit, one of our hygienists will introduce them to all of the dental equipment and tools. They will clean your child's teeth and then possibly a fluoride treatment or xrays based on age. Dr Hirschfeld will finish off their visit with an oral examination and treatment plan if necessary.

New Patient Paperwork
Please bring your insurance card (if any) to the first visit. Also, please print the following documents and complete them prior to your visit.
You should also be sure to have any and all previous dental records sent to our office prior to your first visit. We have provided a form for you to expedite the process.
